Local Business Button Prize Supporters

Local businesses make the Button Prize program possible by donating prizes for the annual drawing. Businesses that donate prizes are recognized on the Urbandale 4th of July website as Button Prize Supporters. If you’re a local business and would like to participate, fill out the form below!

How it works:
Each button is uniquely numbered. When a winning number is drawn, the holder wins one of the donated prizes. We’ll give winners clear instructions to visit your business and claim their prize starting July 6, 2026.
